The credit history is the information stored in the National Bank, which characterizes the subject of the credit history (in this case, the individual) and the fulfillment of the obligations assumed by it.
A simpler language is information about your financial obligations to someone. And this is not only loans, but also overdrafts, loan agreements, sureties, guarantees, collateral. Credit history is formed by banks and microfinance organizations.
Your credit report can be obtained personally or by proxy, by contacting the National Bank. The bank is obliged to give you the opportunity to get acquainted with the contents of this report. But repeated requests within 1 calendar year will already be paid.
Each of us can and should control credit history and if, for example, you find the information that you found in your credit history to be unreliable, then according to your application the National Bank will check. Information that is recognized as unverified by the results of the audit will be changed within 5 days after the verification procedure is completed.
Each bank where you apply for credit products can request your credit history in order to be sure of the reliability of the transaction (upon the written consent of the client).
What should I do not to spoil the credit history?
It’s simple – you need to fulfill all your financial obligations in a timely and full manner! Then you can easily use the credit offers of banks without any problems in the future!
